1. OBJECT AND SCOPE OF APLICATION.

The objective of the present Terms and General Conditions of the Use of the Portal is to regulate the access and use of the site URL www.pluralent.com (henceforward the "Portal") ownership of PLURAL ENTERTAINMENT ESPAÑA, S.L. (Henceforward "PLURAL") CIF B - 82911249, located in Madrid, C/ Gran Vía 32 bis, 3º Floor, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, under volume 16.211, page 108, section 8, number M-274975, registered Jan. 30, 2002 before the Notary, D. José-Aristónico García Sánchez, under protocol number 329..

2. CONDITIONS FOR PORTAL ENTRY.

The use of the website www.pluralent.com implies the User's total acceptance without reserves of each and everyone of the General Conditions of Use valid at the moment the User access the same because if user is not in accordance with the content of same, should abstain from entering and/or using the services and/or the contents offered by the Portal.

The present conditions do not exclude the possibility of certain services, contents and/or tools offered through the website, to be subjected to some special conditions in which case, they will be offered to the User.

3. CHANGES TO THE PORTAL.

PLURAL reserves the right to make the changes it considers appropriate, to update, modify, eliminate or include, unilaterally and without previous notice, new contents and/or services, as well as the form in which these are presented and located to adapt in each moment to the services and products it provides, being able inclusively to limit or deny access to such information.
